If you watch TV on a regular basis, you have probably noticed those nice looking movie trailers which are displayed from time to time. You may want to create such trailers using your own home movies, so you can present to your friends a short retrospection of a long home video. In this situation, you could use FilmSpirit.

This Windows program allows you to create professional looking trailers for all your movie collection, in the shortest time possible. When running the program, you will first need to select the type of movie, from several available possibilities. According to this choice, the program will automatically configure the background music, visual effects and so on. Next, you should add the desired video to the program's interface. You can do this just by dragging it.

After loading the desired movie, you can either click on the Make movie button, so that the program can automatically make all the adjustments, or you can just click on the Edit movie button, which will take you to the main interface of the program, in which you can fully edit and customize your video. From the main interface of the program, you can split your video into several smaller parts and combine them together and also add various visual effects to the video. What's more, you can insert an audio track to be played in the background while the movie is playing.

After editing and customizing the video, you can save it in a large number of formats and you can also customize the video quality, by choosing one of the available profiles. Unfortunately, the number of available quality settings is a bit limited.

Pros

It allows you to create trailers from all your home movies, by adding various visual and audio effects. Besides that, the program can automatically build trailers. Furthermore, it can automatically split a video into several sections.

Cons

The number of quality presets available when saving videos is a bit limited. Using FilmSpirit you can create trailers for all your movies in the shortest time possible.
